Optimum Health kindly request a 48 hour advance notice when canceling online or through our office receptionist/phones system.                                                                                     If less than a 24 hour notice is given, you will be charged in full unless we are able to fill the time slot.        

All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients and cannot be combined with other discounts. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates. However, we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services at Optimum Health & Wellness Valencia Location.
